The Big Conversation is all about you and me.
It’s about the people you pass by on the bus each morning; it’s about the people who sit next to you at school or at work each day. It’s about all Australians you’ve never even met. It’s about all of us.
We all have a part to play in what happens next – in who we want to be as a nation, as local communities, as families, friends and neighbours.
It’s about choosing the values we want rather than having them chosen for us.
Conversations don’t happen without conversation starters. And the people responsible for starting this Big Conversation are the Emerging Leaders for Social Change who are a network of emerging leaders from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors who want to create positive social change in Australia.
